Tours Terms & Conditions

Please read our tour policies carefully before booking.

All tour bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. A booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp. The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking.

Customers must pay an advance to confirm the booking. Remaining balance must be cleared before the tour starts. Prices may vary due to hotel availability, transport charges, or seasonal demand.

Cancellation must be informed in writing. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of charges. No refund for no-shows or unused services.

Hotels and transport are provided as per package. In case of non-availability, similar category will be arranged. Check-in/out depends on hotel policy.

Company is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, or any situation beyond control.
